Contractor is a gear store that selects equipment around each customer's needs. I built its brand, content, website, promo video and three bots for sales and team operations.

About me

I'm Sergio. I have over 15 years of experience in sales, business launches and growth. I started a manufacturing company from scratch, grew a store into a showroom for interior products and services, built teams and organized supplier relationships.

That experience helps me see a task in the context of the whole business. Customers may struggle to choose a product, the website may not explain the offer clearly, or the team may spend time on work that can be automated.

At PapiCreate, I combine this experience with practical AI use. I build websites, brand identities, videos, bots and digital products. I use AI for analysis, development and content creation; I take responsibility for choosing the solution and checking the result.
